I work at thresholds, with leaders who are crossing one, and with organizations that haven’t yet named it.

Executive coach. Organizational strategist. Visual artist. Maker of things.

My work lives at the intersection of perception, purpose and practice, coaching leaders through meaningful change, guiding organizations through transformation, and making thing that ask people to slow down and pay attention.

If something no longer fits, and you can’t put your finger on what it is, that’s usually where we start. My clients tend to leave with fewer questions, more agency, and a clearer understanding of what the situation actually requires.

The Short Portrait

If you're here, you may be standing at a threshold.

A role that no longer fits. A story you've outgrown. A tension between who you are and what you're being asked to do. Or, if you're leading an organization, a growing sense that something structural has shifted and the usual fixes aren't working.

My work begins there.

I'm a coach, strategist, and artist with a Princeton background in visual art and a practice built around the belief that clarity is a form of seeing, not just thinking. I've spent my adult career walking into complex situations — institutions in drift, leaders at inflection points — and helping people see what's actually there.

In 2023 I gave a TEDx talk on human creativity and AI. I’m intensely curious about what we risk losing if we stop valuing the kind of thinking that only humans can do. It grew from a decade of writing and making at the intersection of art, attention, and the examined life.
