I've spent my adult career in corporate change management, team-building, and turnarounds, walking into complex situations and helping people see what's actually there so they can find a clear path ahead.
I'm a marketing strategist, leadership coach, writer, and artist. My background in visual art informs my belief that clarity is a form of seeing, not just thinking. I ask better questions, notice what's not being said, and can sit comfortably through long silences.

I typically start by asking new clients what’s most important to them, right now. The most frequent answer is either, “I don’t know,” or “lots of things, all at the same time.”
